What does the venue cost for your event?
Venue hire starts from [290] € for a daytime event. Drinks are charged as a package per person or by consumption. Food comes from the caterer of your choice.
Three packages for venue hire
Hall, stage, tables, chairs and basic equipment are always included. The packages differ mainly in length and scope.

Drinks from the house
Package or by consumption
With a package you know in advance exactly what the evening costs. For smaller parties or club evenings, paying by consumption is often better value.

FAQ
Good to know before booking
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes. You choose your caterer freely. They get access to the hall and space to prepare. If you have none yet, our local recommendations help. Drinks are served by the house.
Can we use the garden too?
Yes, from [May to September] you can add the garden, for a reception, outdoor ceremony or summer party. If the weather turns, the party simply continues in the hall.
Is the equipment enough for a band or DJ?
Sound, microphone, screen and projector are always included. For a band or DJ you add the matching equipment package, which we set up beforehand.
How many guests fit in the hall?
Depending on the layout, 80 to 150 guests. At long tables with a dance floor about [120], in rows or standing up to 150.
How late can we celebrate?
With packages Party and Celebration until [2 am]. An extension is possible by arrangement.
Can I view the venue beforehand?
Of course. Write to us via the enquiry form and we will arrange a time.
When is the date confirmed?
After your request we hold the date for [14] days without obligation. It is confirmed with the signed hire contract and a deposit of [30] %.
What if I have to cancel?
